Different sides

There are different sides to ppl - the good side,the ugly side,the serious side,the angry side,the fun side- and all these make up the individual.

On Thurs (7 Aug) i went for Techflow weekly gathering. at first i have no intention at all to attend this sort of gathering ever since Foundation,but then i was advised by Kelv to attend it on that night,simply because he could see that my head was full with stuff. my head indeed was full of stuff - 2 quizzes on the next day and not to mention the recommended problems for Thermo werent finished! T.T initially,i thought of just not going but since Willz had already informed Agnes that i would be going and that she would fetching me,so i thought, "why not?"

After getting ready,i looked at myself in the mirror.i could hardly recognise the person in the mirror coz i certainly did not look like that in the past few days! my jaw dropped. for a few minutes,i stared at my reflection and smiled. i missed this side of me, the side where i like to have fun...going out with ppl and simply enjoy myself,burden free.

When i reached the venue,i saw a lot of people; most of them,i know.lol...they are really fun people. Even talking to them would make me start laughing and joking with them.thats when i knew i would be having a great time and not thinking bout the quizzes on the next day. The talk on Peer Pressure was simply superb. The speaker told us her experience and we really enjoyed it. all in all,it was nice to release myself from all the burdens i have been carrying for 2 hours and to just have fun. Then after that,it was back to studying,but i felt i somehow was more relaxed than i was before.
